At Next Step Concealment ("NSC"), we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products! Lifetime warranty covers any and all manufacturer defects and/or breakages during normal use. We have tested our holsters past their breaking point, therefore we understand what our products can endure. Intentional damages made to our products will void all warranties. If you are concerned with plastic scuffs on your gun, please keep it in a safe. Minor scratches from a holster is not an approved reason for a return. Additionally, NSC is not responsible for any scratches or wear on your personal items while using our products. By using our holsters, you understand and accept that Kydex can cause potential minor scuffs or marring of our firearms. Any physical alterations you make to your holster (I.E Cuts, extra drilling, heating and bending, color changes, or added prints) will automatically void your warranty. Next Step Concealment is not responsible for any damages made to the holster during shipping once it leaves our facility.
Next Step Concealment is not responsible for shipping costs on items ordered incorrectly by the purchaser.
To start a return, contact us at nextstepconcealment@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will discuss with you how to return your product, and how to obtain a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing error. Please ensure all items sent with the product are returned with the product.
All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
Next Step Concealment, LLC reserves with right to increase or decrease our minimum restocking fee without prior notice to our customers.
Any holsters made with Non-Standard or Special Ordered Colors or Patterns are non-refundable. If there was a manufacturing defect, please contact us at the email above.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping costs will the responsibility of the customer if the result of the exchange is due to customer error.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If your item is returned with missing items, deductions will be applied to your refund as we see fit (such as our Restocking Fee). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
